2010 could prove to be a watershed year for the post-trade industry in Europe, with repercussions that may be felt throughout the world, says Citi in a note. A ‘European Market Infrastructures Legislation’, so long resisted by many participants in Europe’s clearing and settlement industry, now looks certain.
