The seventh annual PASLA/RMA conference on Asian securities lending began in Hong Kong today with the opinion that Asia is leading the global recovery from the economic crisis.
Yet while positive noises were made regarding markets like Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, there was more caution when discussing the US and Europe.
