Global Investor/isf: Is there any update on the status of the lawsuit?
NB: I can’t really say anything on that. I don’t work in the legal department and they handle those matters.
Global Investor/isf: How do you intend to put your mark on the company? What might you do differently to your predecessors?
NB: I definitely see a greater need for connecting with our clients. I came from a sales and client service background and had been running sales for securities lending and a lot of the voice trading and electronic trading and I see a greater need to connect with clients here in securities lending. It’s been a tough 24 months in the marketplace and I hope to stay more in tune with our client base. I’m trying to travel every other week to see every single client and that will be an immediate difference.Longer...
