With the euro crisis felling heads of state and seemingly without end, a panel of economists, policy experts and leading editors from the financial press assembled – but consensus again proved elusive.
BBC broadcaster and presenter Andrew Neil, said that while the ECB has the financial power to resolve the situation, with a European version of the Latin American Brady Bond bailout, it would not be permitted by electorates.
