Bovill, the specialist financial services regulatory consulting practice, has announced a number of appointments in response to higher demand for regulatory advice.
Rachel Aldridge joins in a newly created role of chief operating officer as well as two further consultants, Francesca Bell and Andrew Garner. They will be based in Bovill’s London office.
Aldridge joins Bovill from investment bank FBR Capital Markets International where she was COO responsible for all support functions including finance, operations, compliance, IT, HR, legal and facilities.
Bell joins Bovill’s project team from the regulatory consulting practice of KPMG which she joined after spending seven years at Deloitte. Garner comes from the stock broking firm Brewin Dolphin where he was head of investment management compliance.
