Reeve Serman has left RBC Investor Services where he was head of global trading and market execution, Global Investor/ISF can exclusively confirm.
RBC Investor Services was contacted for a statement but declined to comment any further.
Serman started his career in 1991 with Morgan Stanley in New York, first of all with the prime brokerage team and then later on he joined the securities lending unit.
After that he moved to Zurich Capital where he launched a directed lending programme, and in 2001 he joined Royal Trust Corporation in Canada, a predecessor business of RBC Investor Services.
Serman is currently president of the Canadian Securities Lending Association.
