New hires to target ultra high-net-worth individuals

RBC Wealth Management has made two senior appointments to its credit team in London.
The firm has hired Sarah Hunter and Victoria Riding as directors who will be responsible for developing and managing the firm's ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) credit products.
Stuart Rutledge, head of RBC Wealth Management – British Isles and Caribbean, said: “Creating these new roles reflects our intention to deepen our ability to provide highly structured and complex credit solutions as part of our integrated wealth management offering.
“Both Sarah and Victoria bring with them technical expertise and valuable industry experience that enables them to provide world-class advice to the growing [UHNW) community in London.”
Riding has been named director, ultra high net worth, credit solutions, and will be responsible for providing tailored credit structured for the firm's multi-jurisdictional ultra high-net-worth clients.
She joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was director of international credit & banking, responsible for the development of structured lending products.
Hunter, who joins as director, credit products and services, will manage relationships with the legal community in the UK and in offshore jurisdictions and will be engaged in regulatory projects.
She joins from music and entertainments retailer HMV, where she was in-house legal counsel, responsible for managing and consulting on commercial, financing, and real estate portfolios.
