Towers Watson promotes Chris Ford
Towers Watson has promoted Chris Ford to global head of investment, replacing Carl Hess.
Hess becomes managing director of the Americas region and joins the company’s executive committee.
Ford most recently led the firm’s investment business in the Emea region.
“Chris is an extremely talented individual who is very well placed to succeed Carl and to continue building a strong global business,” said Tricia Guinn, managing director of risk and financial services at Towers Watson.

Ford joined the company 23 years ago and has held numerous leadership roles during that time.
