Edmond de Rothschild hires COO
Edmond de Rothschild Group hired Didier Deleage as chief operating officer (COO) of the firm's asset management business line. He will report to Laurent Tignard, CEO of global asset management.
Based in Paris, Deleage will be in charge of the asset management global support functions across the firm's six investment hubs in Geneva, Paris, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and London.
He will also be in charge of coordination with the group’s divisions and will sit on the executive board of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.
Previously, Deleage was CEO and COO of HSBC global asset management in France, positions which he had held since 2013 and 2006 respectively.
During the same period he was a corporate officer for several HSBC group affiliates and Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable (Sicav) in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
