Ipes lands AIF depository status
Ipes has received authorisation from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to act as private equity depository under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) directive.
“We are delighted to receive our AIF depositary licence. With our licence in place, we look forward to building long-lasting depositary relationships with existing clients and welcoming new clients to our service,” said Ben Cook, managing director of Ipes UK.
Private equity specialist Ipes currently provides services for 118 AIFs, representing more than $49bn in commitments for 25 clients.
