Exclusive: Barry McCarthy joins UBS
Barry McCarthy has joined UBS in early August as a trader in equities, Global Investor/ISF can confirm.
He will be based in the global equity finance division in Hong Kong, reporting to Jacob Boeding.
McCarthy was previously a securities lending trader for three years at Northern Trust’s Hong Kong office.
Before this he was with Bank of Ireland in Dublin, on its securities lending team.
UBS declined to comment when contacted.
