Stanion's team starts at Pictet
Percival Stanion, Andrew Cole and Shaniel Ramjee, who left Barings Asset Management in August, started at Pictet on November 17.
The team will perform a similar role to the one they had at Barings Asset Management, with Stanion taking the role of head of multi-asset strategies (excluding Switzerland).
In the near future the team intends to launch a multi-asset fund intended exclusively for UK institutional investors, with similar products for other markets to be launched at a later stage.
Stanion will also be co-chairman of the Pictet Asset Management strategy unit with Ginguené, and work closely with Luca Paolini, PAM Chief Strategist in the core group of the 16-person unit.
