The International Securities Lending Association (Isla) has added two new members to their board.

Societe Generale's James Treseler and JPMorgan's Duncan Wilson, have both joined the Isla board, starting in January 2015.

"We are delighted that both gentlemen have joined the Isla board," said Andrew Dyson, chief operating officer at Isla. "Treseler and Wilson will both represent the broker community, which will rebalance the board between brokers and borrowers."

Treseler is managing director and global head of cross asset secured funding at Societe Generale corporate and investment banking division.

He has worked with Societe Generale for 16 years in various roles surrounding the secured finance industry. He now manages teams comprised of traders, flow traders and sales in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Paris, London, New York and Montreal.

Wilson is an executive director and head of Emea synthetic and securities lending finance, at JPMorgan. He is also a member of the prime brokerage and equity finance management team.

Wilson joined JPMorgan in 2008 and during this time he also ran the hedge fund sales trading team within equity finance. Before that JPMorgan he was at Barclays Capital where he held various roles within synthetic trading, securities lending and equity execution.

Treseler and Wilson have been brought in to replace Laura Allen and Anthony Duggan, who were also part of the broker community and left the Isla board at the end of last year.

New board elections will take place in October.
