Eurex Clearing appoints board member
Eurex Clearing AG has appointed Susanne Clemenz as a new member of the supervisory board.
Clemenz will fill the previously vacant seat on the 12-member board.
“We are delighted with the appointment of Susanne Clemenz. Her knowledge and experience in the areas of personnel and compensation will add to the supervisory board’s expertise. These topics have gained importance recently,” said Hugo Bänziger, chairman of the supervisory board.
“With her appointment, we have also enhanced the board’s diversity and achieved our goal of increasing the share of women on the board to one fourth.”
Susanne Clemenz is a specialist lawyer and co-partner in the law firm T/S/C Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht (lawyers specialized in labour law) in Gütersloh, Germany.
