SGSS wins Luxembourg alternatives mandate
Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has been mandated by Athena Capital to provide custody, administration, valuation and registrar services for its alternative investment fund range domiciled in Luxembourg.
The suite of services include the Alternative Investment Fund Managers directive reporting package, R303, which offers managers modular options to produce regulatory reports required by the regulation, as well as helping in filing reports.
SGSS says that they were selected selected in recognition of its alternative investment fund expertise and competitive offering, as well as for its innovative regulatory reporting services. Their offering allows Athena Capital to concentrate on its core investment activities while ensuring the company is fully compliant with AIFM directive.
Established in 2012, Athena Capital provides asset management services to a diverse investor base including financial institutions, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
