UBS launches eight new ETFs
UBS Asset Management has launched eight GBP-hedged exchange traded funds (ETFs) by listing them on the London Stock Exchange. Developed in partnership with MSCI, the new ETFs will join UBS’s existing range of alternative beta ETFs, which launched in September 2015.
The total expense ratios for the range sit between 0.35% and 0.38%, with each ETF focussing on exposure to a systemic factor strategy like low volatility or yield factor tilts across the Eurozone and US equity markets. The launch is intended to fill a market desire for alternative beta and factor investment options according to the firm.
