Goldman equity finance trader set to join Jefferies
Goldman Sachs equity finance expert Joe Weber is joining Jefferies in London, Global Investor/ISF understands.
Weber, a twelve-year veteran of Goldman’s prime services business, specialises in structured equity finance for major US and European pension funds and asset managers.
He is expected to link up with Derryn Hobbs, who joined Jefferies at the end of 2015 after a seventeen-year stint at Credit Suisse.
London-based Hobbs is now Jefferies' head of securities finance in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
