Steve Dalzell to step down from Citi
Steve Dalzell, global head of transition management for Citi, has handed in notice and is set to leave the company.
Dalzell joined Citi in 2010 from BlackRock where he was head of trading & analytics for the transition management team.
Citi’s transition management team has grown substantially during Dalzell’s six years at the helm, expanding from an equity specialist five years ago to an operation with global presence and an ability to execute projects across all asset classes.
The team has not been required to compensate any clients for errors in the six years since Dalzell took over, demonstrating the strength of the team since he joined.
Dalzell's team has won several awards over the last few years, most recently winning the Global Investor/ISF 2015 award for transition management in the MENA region.
His date of departure is yet to be announced, and Citi have declined to comment on the matter.
