Standard Bank's head of investor services to depart
Standard Bank’s global head of investor services, Mark Kerns, is to leave the company this month.
Kerns has spent the past eight years at the South African bank after joining from BNY Mellon, where he held an executive vice president role up until 2007.
Kerns has decided to leave to pursue other opportunities, Global Investor/ISF understands.
Charl Bruyns has been appointed as the new head of investor services.
Standard Bank acts as a trustee, custodian, securities lending agent, derivatives clearer and works across 15 markets.
