Jeannine Lehman set to leave BNY Mellon

BNY Mellon executive Jeannine Lehman is leaving the US custody bank, Global Investor/ISF can reveal.

It is understood that Lehman, who manages BNY Mellon Markets’ global collateral management and segregation business in EMEA, is taking early retirement.

She currently oversees a team of 60 and has been responsible for driving business growth, product management, client relationship management and regulatory issues.

Lehman is also a member of the BNY Mellon EMEA Extended Executive Committee and first joined the firm in 2003.

She began her capital markets career in derivatives sales at Continental Bank in Chicago before working in Chicago, London and Amsterdam for Bank of America and ABN Amro, gaining experience in fixed income and equities as well as derivatives.

After becoming EMEA head of securities lending at BNY Mellon in 2011, Lehman then took over as EMEA head of global collateral management and segregation in 2015.
