New board members for Moscow Exchange
Moscow Exchange has named Anna Kuznetsova and Igor Marich as members of its executive board.
Both Kuznetsova and Marich, who oversee the firm’s equity, bond, FX and money markets units respectively, have been appointed on two year terms.
Six members now make up the Russian bourse's board including chief executive Alexander Afanasiev and chief finance officer Evgeny Fetisov.
Kuznetsova has previously been in charge of the group’s securities market and directly supervised the migration of the equity market to T+2 settlement without full collateral required.
Marich has been working for Moscow Exchange since 2000. He has been involved in reforming operations in government bonds and in establishing the regulated repo market.
