Russian CSD appoints new director trio
Russia’s CSD, the National Settlement Depository, has made a trio of director-level appointments, adding Artyom Duvanov, Denis Buryakov and Tatiana Trostyanitskaya to its team.
Duvanov, joining as director of innovations, will be responsible for researching, planning and implementing plans related to innovation issues.
He brings more than 15 years’ experience to the role, and joined the NSD in 2015 as chief IT architect.
Buryakov was named as managing director for depository operations, a role focused on developing the NSD’s depository services and promoting those services in both the Russian and international markets.
The company’s new director of the securities department will be Trostyanitskaya, who joined the NSD team in 1999. She will oversee Russian and foreign securities’ receipt and servicing, corporate actions processing and interactions with registrars and issuers.
