BNP Paribas Securities Services has signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) scheme, the world’s leading network for responsible investment.

The UN-backed set of voluntary principles act as a menu of possible actions for incorporating environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues into investment practices across asset classes.

In June, BNP Paribas Securities Services launched ESG Risk Analytics, a tool designed to enable asset owners and asset managers to integrate ESG factors more easily into their investment decision-making process.

The platform provides a detailed breakdown of how well clients’ investments and benchmarks rate against an extensive range of ESG factors.
