SGSS appoints new regional head
Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has appointed Jean-Louis Bernardo as country head of South Africa.
Bernardo will also become managing director of the Societe Generale Johannesburg branch in relation to local regulators.
Based in Johannesburg, Jean-Louis Bernardo reports to Philippe Huerre, head of international development for SGSS.
Previously deputy head of SGSS in Russia, he replaces Bertrand Blanchard, who has been appointed country manager for SGSS in the UK.
