Kames Capital has strengthened its fixed income team by hiring Alexander Pelteshki as an investment manager.

Reporting to Gregory Turnbull-Schwartz, Pelteshki’s responsibilities will include working alongside Turnbull-Schwartz and Paul Dilworth covering bank bonds.

“Pelteshki reinforces our expertise in financial bonds by bringing experience of working in both equity and debt markets, within the European context. His appointment further strengthens our international capabilities in this area,” said Kames head of fixed income, David Roberts,

Pelteshki most recently worked in a sell-side research role at ING Bank in the Netherlands, where he was senior credit analyst covering banks within the European Union. His experience at ING also includes equity and debt markets.

Before joining ING Bank Pelteshki worked in New York, first as a junior financial analyst for News Corporation, before joining UBS Wealth Management as an equity trading analyst.
