UBS lists ETF range in Amsterdam

UBS Asset Management has listed over 50 exchange traded funds (ETFs) on Dutch stock market Euronext Amsterdam.

 
In total, the Swiss money manager has added 52 ‘Factor ETFs’ to the exchange, with strategies focused on prime value, low volatility, quality and total yield.

Total ETFs on Euronext Amsterdam now stand at 207 with 12 issuers, including UBS, now listing their funds.

The listings come amid strong growth for the Dutch ETF market. In 2015, €32.5bn ($35.3bn) was traded in index trackers, a 52% increase compared to 2014.

“These UBS ETFs offer the fast growing number of ETF users in the Netherlands a flexible and highly diversified set of investment opportunities,” said Maurice van Tilburg, chief executive of Euronext Amsterdam.

“We are constantly expanding our offering by adding new issuers and products. The strong increase in ETF trading and the listing of another 52 ETFs demonstrate the success of our market.'
