Buy-side stock loan expert joins Pirum
Robert Keane has been hired by securities finance tech firm Pirum Systems.
Based in London, he will work within the company's client services team as a product manager.
A collateral management service for securities lending portfolios is part of Pirum's offering, along with technology streamlining manually intensive post-trade processes.
Keane joined this week from BMO Global Asset Management, which acquired F&C Asset Management for $1.2bn in 2014.
He had been a securities lending project analyst at F&C since 2010 and became a manager on the stock loan desk following BMO's takeover.
